Development History
Giorgio Belperio is a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Developer and Licensed Builder who has been involved in the industry for 25 years. Born in Italy, he is fortunate to have grown up under the influence of his father, a builder in Italy and then in Australia. His group of development companies includes Trinit Pty Ltd and Ausdev Pty Ltd.
Giorgio Belperio has always had a strong belief that the way to success is through a ‘hands on’ approach to development. This involves the process of site selection, finance and acquisition, building design, meeting town planning requirements, completing and lodging Council applications, acquiring architectural and engineering documentation and specifications, developing a schedule of finishes and colour selections, as well as carrying out the construction with no comprise on the quality of building materials, fittings or workmanship.
Following is the development history of Giorgio Belperio and Group of Companies over the past eight years. As sole director, Giorgio Belperio maintains responsibility for all aspects of the developments, from site selection, initial design and development approval, through to construction management, building construction and project completion.
